Sign Up Questions

Q: Will I be charged anything further when I purchase a course?

A: No, you will not. You only pay for the courses you order. No automatic renewals, digital certificate costs or any other funny stuff.

Q: What If I Can’t Start My Course This Month?

A: No problem, you can start the next available course program. Just contact us to arrange.

Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal. With over 179 million active accounts worldwide you can be confident that all of your PayPal transaction information is processed securely. Your financial information is not shared with the International Academy of Trading.

Q: I Have A Voucher Code. How Do I Apply It?

A: Voucher codes can be entered by clicking the “Redeem Voucher” or “Redeem” button on the top of every page on our website.

Q: Do You Offer Gift Certificates for Courses?

A: Yes. International Academy of Trading Gift Cards and Gift Courses can be purchased by contacting us.

Attending the Course Questions:

Q: When Will I Get Access to my course where are they held?

A: The Complete Trading Program is conducted through live interactive classrooms, twice a week, with all advertised times being the time of your capital city. For instance, advertised Australian times are Canberra times or Sydney times. Advertised United States times are Washington DC times or New York times. Brazil times are Brasilia times or São Paulo times and so on. As they are live you will obtain access to the course on the first day of each course program. We email you the links to attend.

Q: How often do you start each new trading program?

A: We start a new course program every month. The only exception to this is December.

Q: How many classes are in each program?

A: For the Complete Trading Program, there are two classes per week run over 4 consecutive weeks. For the MASTER TRADERS PROGRAM there are 4 classes per week run over 4 consecutive weeks.

Q: How long is each class?

A: We appreciate that people have busy lives. We condense each Online Trading Program webinar into 40 minutes. As there are may more days required for attendance to the MASTER TRADERS PROGRAM we ensure that these sessions are less than 30 minutes. After class support is available weekdays.

Q: At what time are the live webinars on?

A: You will receive a registration confirmation email that specifies the exact time of your webinar. Please ensure to double check the time zone that is specified.

Q: What equipment do I need to attend the live webinars?

A: You attend the webinars via the internet through your own computer, laptop, tablet, phone or any device with a browser and speakers. Again, we would encourage attendance using a larger screen from tablet upwards so you can make out more information from the trading charts presented.

Q: What if I miss a class?

A: Don’t worry, we have you covered. While we are broadcasting each lesson we also record them. The recording is posted into your member area with 12 hours of the live session. This allows us to edit, format and upload so you can catch up before the next live lesson happens. You will have access to these recordings for a whole month after the course has completed.

Q: Well if they are recorded why don’t I just wait until the recordings are available and watch in my own time.

A: You can do that if you wish. However, we strongly encourage attendance to our live sessions. This is an opportunity for you to engage with our expert traders and benefit from interactive learning. People that attend the live sessions obtain a far better learning experience and have a higher propensity to successfully apply our methods. Simply put, you get to ask questions in a live webinar. It is the best way to learn.

Q: What Can I Expect In My First Course?

A: When you become a student of the International Academy of Trading you will have access to 4 weeks of live webinars with access to recordings also. During these 4 weeks we will cover the most important aspects of trading the markets using a realistic practical approach. You will also receive support from our in-house team of professional traders. So, if you have a question about a trading style, need help with the mechanics of put on an order, stop or limit order or require a pep talk to keep on track, we are here to help you!

Recordings Questions

Q: How do I get access to the recordings?

A: You will receive your login credentials immediately after the first webinar has concluded. To go to the video access login page please click here. These same login credentials can be used to access all recordings. This is not to be confused with your live webinar link for the live sessions.

Q: How long will I have access to the recordings?

A: A minimum of one month.

Q: How many times can I watch the recordings?

A: As often as you wish while you have access. There are no restrictions to how many times you watch a recorded lesson.

Q: How do I download the recordings?

A: The recordings are not available for download. You need to stream the content the same way you would say a Facebook feed or watching YouTube.

Q: What equipment do I need to attend the recordings?

A: You can access the recordings via the internet through your own computer, laptop, tablet, phone or any device with a browser and speakers. Again, we would encourage access through a larger screen from tablet upwards, so you can make out more information from the trading charts presented.

Support Questions During the Course

Q: What if I have questions at other times outside of the live webinars?

A: That is where the International Academy of Trading steps into its own. We are here to support you throughout the program. You can contact us through any of the support numbers provided by your trading educator when you were welcomed to the course. WE are here to help. If in doubt just contact us and we will arrange a time that best suits you

Q: What if I have non-trading questions at any time?

A: We are here to help. Please contact us and we will get straight back to you

Q: What about when the course completes – can we ask questions then?

A: The short answer is a definitive “Yes”. We will always be available for anyone who has participated in our course programs.

General Questions

Q: How is the course suited to my busy lifestyle?

A: We get being time poor. That is why we keep our live sessions to a maximum of 40 minutes twice per week for the Complete Trading Program and give you access to recordings so you can catch up in your own time if an event or occasion clashes with our times. The styles of trading we teach also do not require traders to be sitting in front of computer screens all day. You can fully trade our styles of trading long term by dedicating less than one hour per day.

Q: I have not traded before – is this a problem?

A: At the International Academy of Trading we work off the basis that no prior knowledge is brought by the student. Everyone starts on a level playing field. Oftentimes, the bad habits picked up by people who have traded without tried and tested methodologies puts them at a disadvantage and the person with no knowledge at an advantage! So having no prior trading experience is definitely not a problem.

Q: Can I do one of your courses whilst doing my own trading?

A: You can but if you have no prior experience we would not recommend it as you are statistically likely to lose capital .

Q: I’ve got a fulltime job and a busy life - I’m not sure I can fit this in!

A: That’s the beauty of investing in the International Academy of Trading online - you don’t have to be in a certain place to complete the program. You don’t have to quit your full-time job. The International Academy of Trading Programs have been designed to be as flexible as possible and fit around YOUR life.

A: Just login and you will find a link in your member area. Links are made available in this area at least one day in advance of the live webinar. Orders and Billing

Q: Help! I Received The Wrong Course.

A: So sorry about that! contact us and we will help you out.

Q: When Will I Be Billed?

A: We don’t bill you for recurring payments. You only pay for the course you want. Your course period is determined by your original sign up date and dates for that program. If you would prefer to change your program commencement date to one that works better for you, please contact us. We’d be happy to help.

What does your money back guarantee mean?

We'll refund you in full if you let us know within 30 days of your payment.

There is no refund where the customer attends more than one live class or accesses the recordings of more than one class or a combination of both where content of more than 1 class is accessed. This is a fair usage policy.

We will only provide refunds for payments that are made directly to and processed by the International Academy of Trading. We cannot provide refunds in cases where our products or services were purchased through a third party as refunds can only be processed through the party where you made your payment. Once you have successfully purchased our services through a third party and the International Academy of Trading have provided you with the access details to your International Academy of Trading live webinar there are no refunds or cancellations.
